  3. Hi Amelia,

I love seeing that you are completing some of the challenges in the SLJ and even better to see you writing in the holidays. I am so fascinated by the moon and the affect it has on earth especially the ocean. I heard on the news the other night that they are hoping to do another moon landing in 2022.

    Keep up the good work.

    Regards,

    Mrs B.

  4. Hi Amelia,

Your poem is AMAZING! I love how you have made all the different lines different fonts and that's what really made it stand out! Would you ever like to go on a heart racing adventure like Neil Armstrong? What kind of poem is this? Have you heard that NASA are now trying to land space ships on Mars! Who knows we might living on the moon by 2050!

Overall you did a fantastic job in making this post to a very high standard!

Can't wait to see your next post!

    Your Sincerely,

    Sophie.

  6. Kia ora Amelia,

What a cool poem! I absolutely love this. I like how you experimented with different fonts, and I am impressed that you managed to end it on a rhyme too. Did you enjoy writing this poem?

Do you think you will travel to space someday? I wonder if they will develop holiday space-flights to the moon within our lifetime. Floating in zero gravity would be pretty remarkable. I imagine it would feel a bit like floating in the ocean.

Thanks for sharing this blog post with us Amelia, you are a very talented poet :)
