Great work with your Christmas cards! Those are some very special and creative cards, I am sure your family will love them!
Did you enjoy making them? Are you making more of them for your whanau? I enjoy making cards but i didn't have time this year :( They’re always so much more special than cards from the store!
Did you find out any fun facts about Christmas cards and the history of Christmas cards while doing this activity? I learnt that Christmas cards were first given nearly 180 years ago, thats a long time! I wonder what they looked like?
I hope you and your whanau have a great Christmas and a wonderful summer. Keep up the awesome and creative mahi.
Wow! What a great pair of cards, ka pai! It’s so sweet of you to write a card for your Nanna Liz, as well as your parents. Do you see your Nanna often? Love the read and green Xmas colours as well!
Oh wow Amelia! I just love your Christmas card designs! Especially the one for your Nanna. Did you receive any Christmas cards? Our family like to hang all our Christmas cards in the lounge room on a string in our entrance hall. Does your family have a display of all your Christmas cards? Nga mihi nui, Naomi (Manaiakalani Facilitator).
You are always so kind and caring and doing a task like this would have been so easy for a creative, kind person like you. A memory just came up on my phone reminding me that you won the Prime Ministers card competition a year ago, that was such a cool moment, I was so proud of you.
Kia ora Amelia,
